The Sixth International Safer Roads Conference is still due to be held in America for the first time and organisers are now working to confirm dates and location.
It had originally been scheduled for Richmond, Virginia, in 2020, but it had to be cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Conference is usually held every three years, alternating between the northern and southern hemispheres, to enable the international community to learn, network and discover industry best practices.
Attendees include industry leaders, government officials, corporate roadway personnel and others in the road safety industry, with a focus on working better together to help deliver safer roads and save lives.
Virginia is again thought to be very much in consideration when the new location and dates are announced.
Papers and presentations from the previous five International Conferences are maintained on this dedicated archive site.
